Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a crew of up to 15 maintenance technicians, managing preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, troubleshooting PLCs and other automation systems, and ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. The Maintenance Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining equipment reliability and optimizing production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of up to 15 maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks and development.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational downtime is minimized.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and other automation systems, as well as mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities to ensure they are performed safely, efficiently, and according to industry standards and company policies.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as production and engineering, to prioritize maintenance needs and optimize plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and spare parts inventory.
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Assist in planning and implementing capital projects and upgrades to improve facility operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and manufacturing equipment maintenance.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in computer skills, including maintenance management software and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
