Job DescriptionCompany Description
Our company is currently seeking an Accounts Payables Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle accounts payable activities including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor management.
- Match and input vendor invoices for Purchase Orders which includes coding operating expense invoices and payment processing.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming invoices from U.S. Mail and emailed invoices
- Process checks, credit card and ACH payments to vendors
- Receive vendor calls related to invoices and Vendor accounts
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse
- Maintain organization of all payables flies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
