RESPONSABILITIES
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, training, and motivating the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
Managing all aspects of the dining experience, from greeting and seating guests to taking orders, coordinating kitchen operations, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of meals.
Monitoring and maintaining the quality of food and beverages, ensuring they meet the restaurant's standards and guest expectations.
Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and resolving any issues that arise in a professional and efficient manner.
Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and overseeing the restaurant's financial performance to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Implementing and enforcing hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards to comply with health regulations and ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
Collaborating with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings, specials, and promotions.
Conducting regular staff evaluations, providing feedback, and identifying opportunities for training and development.
