Job Title: Receptionist 29186
Position Type: Part Time
Shift: Monday - Friday 9am-12pm (20 hours per week)
Pay: $15hr-$16hr
Location: Overland Park, KS 66210
Special Requirement: .Customer Service, Reception, Administrative experience.
Job Summary:
The receptionist serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security protocols.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and great visitors at front desk
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
- Adhere to all safety procedures
- Take direction from supervisor or site manager
- Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
- Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned (Filing, outgoing shipments, etc.)
- Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Provide backfill when needed
- Enter information daily into spreadsheets
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Willingness and availability to work additional hours if assigned
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months customer service related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Qualifications: Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred)

Physical Requirements:
- Required to stand, walk, simple grasp, reach with hands and arms
Prior Helpful Experience May Include:
Receptionist, Clerical Assistant, Office clerk, Office Associate.
Pay Disclosure:
"The pay range for this position starts at $15hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.”
