Position: THREE Project Executives - Hotel / Casinos / Data Center (Atlanta, GA & Charlotte, NC)

These are for $100M + Ground Up Construction Projects

(1) Project Executive AND General Superintendent - Data Center (Atlanta)
(2) Project Executive - Casino (Charlotte)
(3) Project Executive - Hotel (Charlotte)

Relocation will be paid by our client.

Skills and Experience:

This position will provide overall leadership for project performance, contract negotiations, client relations, budget, schedule, and trade partner management. The Project Executive will also lead and maintain compliance with corporate safety and quality standards and will serve as the direct point of contact for clients.

Requirements:

o Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or Engineering with a minimum of 15+ years of GC experience.
o Medium to large project experience ($20M+) is required
o Must share our Core Values: Safety, Integrity, Passion, and Commitment.
o Strong problem solving and analytical skills, including the judgment to know when to escalate issues up the chain of command
o Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented, and the ability to multi- task
o Strong working knowledge of contract terms and legal provisions that impact project profitability
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior management and clients
o A proven track record of motivating the project team to exceed project goals
o Effective negotiation and contract management skills to represent the company with the Owner
o Self-Motivated, and self-confident
o Ability to develop client relationships to gain future work
o Ability to recruit and build a project team.


Essential Job Duties:

o Project Acquisition
o Using industry contacts to generate leads
o Participate in the RFP process
o Participate in Contract negotiations as needed
o Pre-Construction / Project Start-up
o Work with Pre-Con team to develop budgets and schedules
o Assemble Project Team
o Lead Turnover Meeting between Pre-Con and Project Team
o Project Operations
o Thoroughly understand the contract and ensure project team understands and is compliant
o Visit the project site regularly to monitor performance
o Monitor and evaluate the performance of the project team
o Full understanding of Accounts Receivable, Financial Forecasting, and P&L for project
o Assist project staff with Baseline Schedule development
o Assist project team Lean/Last Planner processes
o Champion project safety program and performance
o Client Management
o Attend owner and project meetings, maintain continuous client communication
