HVAC Dispatcher/Office Assistant

Here at ComfortMaster, our customers are top priority, and the office personnel is the center of our work force. In this position you will answer phones from our customers and geographically arrange them in a productive manner. You will schedule any service repairs that our customers need to keep them comfortable. You will assign technicians in an effective order to make sure we get to our customers in a timely manner. You will assist the service technicians with ordering help or checking on parts/equipment while they are in the field and communicating with customers if we are running behind. You will oversee all service tickets, entering them to be billed and mailing invoices. There will be light assistance needed by other managers such as pulling permits and scheduling inspections.

HVAC Dispatchers manage many moving parts including vehicles, technicians, work orders, scheduling services, dispatching techs efficently, answer phone calls from people that aren't having a great day. A GREAT fleet dispatcher will have patience, a calming phone voice, a love for helping customers, awesome communication, reliable, great under pressure with strong multitasking skills and just able to get along with others.

This position is Monday-Friday 8-5
