Assistant Property Manager - Affordable Housing Housing

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work directly with the current property manager

• Help out with a wide range of issues

• Interact directly with community members

• Work closely with a small team

Qualifications and Skills

• 1+ years of property management experience

• Previous HUD/ Section 8 experience

• Available for a full-time schedule

• Ability to perform general property management tasks
