Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and leading a team to success. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Train, mentor, and motivate FOH staff to deliver exceptional service
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between FOH and BOH operations
Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
ServSafe certification preferred
