Pride Health is hiring a Dialysis Clinic Manager for our client in Louisville, KY! This is a permanent, salaried position.
$85,000-$110,000 yearly
Mon-Fri 8am-430pm
Job Duties:
- Oversee clinical, regulatory, and operational functions of the outpatient facility.
- Hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team
- Collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirement's.
Requirements:
- BSN Required.
- 12 months recent Dialysis management experience OR 5 years in Dialysis with 12 months of management experience (or dialysis charge RN).
- Active KY RN license or compact license.
- BLS
