Receiving Clerk
$20.00

1st shift 8:00am to 4:30pm
Introduction:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Receiving Clerk to join our client’s team in Sauk Village. To support the Shipping Coordinator and will play a crucial role in streamlining our shipping and receiving processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist warehouse office with check-in and billing process of all incoming/outgoing shipments and complete all required paperwork.
- Prepare all customer labels for outgoing shipments and assist with EDI transfer into portal for Keurig shipments.
- Receive all UPS/FedEx shipments for intercompany delivery and coordinate delivery/pickup of all outgoing UPS.
- Adhere to company policies on GMP, sanitation, pre-requisite programs, chemical control, and food safety plans and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in a shipping office environment.
- Good computer skills and strong math skills.
- Understanding of production, receiving, and process.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Comfortable with walking/standing approximately 3 to 4 hours per day.
