Job Description
Lula is looking for a 1099 Pest Control Pro to help with property maintenance of several hundred rental properties across the Columbus Metro Area. We are seeking individuals who have experience in the property management industry and has an eager attitude. This individual must be trustworthy, possess great communication skills, capable with technology, and be apt in problem solving. You will need reliable transportation.

Experience in the following are a plus:
*Residential Deck Repair Experience
