Responsibilities
  • Social media management: content creation, manage strategic posting schedule, Facebook and Instagram ads, report analytics
  • Events: attend community events weekly, plan and execute company events and sponsored events, maintain and grow business partner relationships
  • Company culture: plan events, incentive programs, and overall team appreciation including birthday celebrations, holiday parties, and more
  • Reporting: quantitative and qualitative data from all marketing campaigns
  • Website development: work with a third party vendor to design and maintain company site

Requirements
  • Marketing, public relations, advertising, or business degree from a four year university or two years of professional marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer knowledge
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, creative, and coachable
  • Willingness to be flexible with rapidly evolving marketing goals and strategic plans
  • Must be reliable, trustworthy, professional, and persistent
