We are looking for an experienced, self-starting Digital Marketing Manager to support our digital marketing evolution, focusing on key areas such as SEO, Amazon marketplace, and data analytics.

Our ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced in the direct selling industry and familiar with the relationship between the company and sales field
• Proficient in digital marketing analytics tracking tools and strategies
• Comfortable with day-to-day digital marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy
• Skilled in communication with team members, cross-department partners, and other internal and external stakeholders
• Strategic, action-oriented, and decisive when it comes to assessing the needs of the customer and advocating for those needs
• Able to handle multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and changing needs without jeopardizing quality of execution

This position offers the option to work in a hybrid setting, allowing you to be either in Las Vegas or at the Utah office.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Build and drive process improvements through continuous testing, automation and cross-functional alignment

• Utilize strong analytical skills, particularly in GA4 and GTM, to evaluate customer experience
• Develop and track key business KPIs, identifying growth opportunities and improve efficiency
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize digital marketing activities based on those insights
• Lead the strategic development and execution of digital analytics, online conversion tracking, and performance measurement initiatives
• Establish clear performance metrics for by identifying key objectives and performance measures

Requirements / Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3-5 years of marketing and digital marketing experience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with web analytics and campaign tracking platforms (e.g., GA4, GTM)
• Proven experience in Amazon account management, SEO, preferably in an e-commerce environment
• Previous work experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
• Proficiency in conducting research and A/B testing
• Collaborative nature and ability to rapidly adapt to changing requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) industry and/or international business experience preferred
