WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

Picture yourself at Gerry's Restaurant and Bar, taking charge of the Fry Area in the kitchen. Your day involves the precise preparation and final cooking of appetizers and main dishes using the fry cooking method. As the heartbeat of our kitchen, you ensure your station is always clean and ready for action. Collaborating with the Head Cook, you contribute to the production process and deliver mouthwatering fried menu items to our guests. Your role extends to maintaining an organized workspace throughout your shift and preparing for the next culinary masterpiece. QUALIFICATIONS & SCHEDULE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of cooking experience
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills
• Great communication abilities

You'll work a full- or part-time schedule:

• Sunday: 11 AM - 9 PM
  
• Mon-Thur: 12 - 9 PM
  
• Friday: 12:00 PM - Midnight
  
• Saturday: 11 AM - Midnight
