Crown Laboratories, Inc. is currently recruiting for an Associate Marketing Manager, International

This position will be located in Johnson City, TN - (On-Site)

Job Purpose:

The Associate Marketing Manager, International, is a key business partner in the Therapeutic marketing organization and reports to the Director of International Marketing, Therapeutics Skincare. This role is assigned to a specific international xUSA country or countries to understand the pathway to commercial market success and the business plan development for sales and marketing implementation. Key to this role is the ability to act as the voice of the consumer in the country being evaluated with our therapeutic skin care brands.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned country market or markets:
  • Understand the global brand positioning, evaluate country market assigned and provide initial recommendations on country adaptation.
  • Country assessment may be accomplished from primary research, secondary market insights and analysis, specific market research plan and in country market assessment.
  • Analysis of competitive brands, and category hurdles to enter the market including regulatory, legal, market pricing, package sizing, cultural insights and norms, etc.
  • Evaluate and recommend marketing strategies and tactics for designated products and align with overall in-country commercial strategy.
  • Develop an informed point of view on channels of distribution with revenue potential.
  • Working with our cross-functional partners and finance team; develop a PPDR (Product Profile Development Request) for the country market under assessment and product portfolio.
  • Support the sales and marketing commercialization plan.
  • Actively participate in a presenter’s role at annual / mid-year business reviews, and annual strategic planning meetings with agency partners.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives. These groups include external customers, consumers and health care professionals, field sales, R&D, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, logistics, public affairs, marketing, executive management and external vendors or agencies.

Job Related Qualifications / Skills:

  • Spanish native. Fluency in English mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Multilingual abilities or international experience may be advantageous.
