Overview:

Founded as early as 2000, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment and providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with autism. As part of our commitment, we aim to positively impact clients and families by establishing behavioral therapy and support clinics focused on quality care and outstanding service. We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team and contribute to our mission of making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism.


Qualifications:


Required:


  • Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • 2+ years of professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
  • Works with integrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies
  • Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position to a standing position, and lift items up to 50 lbs. on occasion

Overview:


  • Select appropriate assessments and complete required components for client funding sources
  • Administer assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis
  • Develop reports including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries
  • Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff and monitor progress regularly
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in ABA procedures and interventions
  • Develop individualized programming based on client and caregiver needs
