Parts Shipping/Receiving/Delivery Clerk

Toyota of Tri-Cities is seeking a Parts Shipping and Receiving/Delivery Driver. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service to our guests. As a Parts Shipping and Receiving/Delivery Driver you will work to support the Parts department by checking in and putting away parts orders, delivering various parts/equipment to local customers and loading/unloading parts deliveries.

Responsibilities:

Accurately pull parts and load parts deliveries. Drive company van/truck to make parts deliveries to local customers.

Accurately receive various shipments (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.), count, record, and stock inventory.

Verify parts against invoices, orders, and other records; maintain receiving, return, delivery, and shipping records as required.

Ability to perform all tasks safely, efficiently, and in a professional manner

Ability to work with others.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Available to work flexible hours & weekends

Automotive Parts or systems knowledge preferred.

Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

Fantastic communication skills with delivery customers and co-workers

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
