Opportunity: Treasury Analyst
Reporting to the Treasury Manager, this position’s primary responsibilities will include compiling, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting banking, operational, and financial data within various systems.
Responsibilities:Essential Job Functions
- Review, analyze, and maintain all daily banking activity for both corporate and property transactions.
- Assist treasury and properties with all bank account reconciliations.
- Assist with bank account maintenance and banking systems account maintenance.
- Assist with all utility payment-related weekly journal entries.
- Assist in weekly/monthly journal entries.
- Support Shared Services accountants while learning their responsibilities and acting as the primary backup.
- Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear and precise data analysis.
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
- Practice safe work habits.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in treasury, accounting, or finance.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced skills with Excel.
