Shipping & Receiving Representative

As a Shipping & Receiving Representative (also known as Logistics Coordinator, Shipping Clerk), you'll verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments, prepare items for shipment, and ensure logistical orders are scheduled and made. You'll also be responsible for running reports, verifying shipment counts, determining methods of shipment, and assisting with inventory counts.

• Knowledge of inventory, shipping, and receiving systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• 5 year driving record with clear history for the past three years.

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit on concrete for 8-10 hours per day.
• Hand and foot usage required up to 8-10 hours per day.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without any restrictions.

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
• Comfortable working in loud environments.
• Ability to work in extreme heat or cold(weather-related).
