Qualifications

At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry.
Open to working nights and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, accurately schedule reservations and check guest out.
Discover guest needs and assist in purchasing products.
Conduct retail sales operations including execution of the Aveda Service Wheel.
Attend and participate in meetings with GM and other team members.
Maintain professional and effective written and verbal communication with guests and all team members.
Participate in personal and team goal setting.
Use social media to promote special events, merchandise new launches and participate in marketing calls.
Assist with setting up marketing events at store location.
