Our restaurant inside RDU airport is seeking a reliable and efficient food runner to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills. As a food runner, you will be responsible for delivering food to tables, ensuring accuracy and timely service.

Responsibilities:

• Retrieve food from the kitchen and deliver it to tables
• Ensure that each dish is complete and accurately prepared before delivery
• Coordinate with the kitchen and servers to ensure timely service
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining room
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff
• Assist servers with beverage service and table maintenance
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a food runner or server assistant in a fast-paced restaurant setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
