We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.


The Role

 

  • Full Understanding of Processes and Systems: Customer Service Associates will possess a comprehensive understanding of all BlastOne processes and systems to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Inbound Communication Handling: Answer all incoming phone calls and webchats with enthusiasm, warmth, and energy, providing compassionate customer service.
  • Triage and Rapid Resolution: Efficiently triage various types of inquiries, addressing them promptly or transferring to the appropriate team member for resolution.
  • Order Processing: Enter simple orders with part numbers, monitor webchat, provide order status inquiries, and confirm online orders to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Induction Training: Complete a 3-week induction training, including bronze training, warehouse training and shadowing Customer Service Associates within the Customer Service team before being eligible to serve customers.
  • Other duties as needed

  • Love to work in an office environment

  • You love getting things organized
  • Solid grasp of basic computer systems - Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail. The detail matters! If we can't get the small things right, we'll never hope to get the big things right!
  • Brilliant task and time management skills. You always complete your assigned tasks on time, every time!
  • You have a passionate hatred for messy offices and disorganized desks
  • Demonstrated min 2 years customer service experience
  • Willingness to take on other people’s problems
  • Experience in CRM and ERP systems
