You’ll meet and greet guests when they arrive and leave, bring luggage to guest rooms, support the front desk staff, and assist guests as needed to ensure that when they leave, they’re already looking forward to their next stay. $12+ hourly + tips

Responsibilities:

• Make sure the bell desk is always neat and tidy
• Respond to guest requests and perform other duties as assigned such as taking dry cleaning, delivering room service, and checking luggage for storage
• Greet guests when they arrive and leave the hotel
• Support the front desk staff and bell captain with check-in and responding to guest requests
• Carry luggage for guests from their vehicle up to their room in a safe and professional way

• Driving guests to and from RC Regional Airport

Qualifications:

• This position requires a flexible schedule that includes availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills
• 1 year of previous experience as a bell attendant, concierge, or similar position in customer service
• Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification such as a GED

• Must have clean driver's license and a good record
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds and stand for long periods
