Event Setup Associate

We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to assist with event setup. The successful candidates will play a critical role in creating a professional and attractive event space by setting up tables and chairs for events of various sizes and styles.

Responsibilities:

• Set up tables and chairs in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all arrangements meet the event specifications
• Ensure that the setup is safe and secure, with a focus on avoiding hazards and minimizing the risk of injury
• Follow instructions from event coordinators and supervisors to ensure that all setup requirements are met
• Collaborate with other event setup staff to complete setup and breakdown tasks in a seamless and organized manner
• Take care of event equipment, including tables, chairs, and any other necessary items, to ensure that they are well-maintained and ready for use at all times
• Ensure that the event space is clean and presentable, free of debris and other items that may impact the event
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times

A dress Code is required, and we will provide you with a company Polo Shirt. Must wear black pants and shoes with the company's polo shirt. 

Schedule and Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
  

Requirements:

• Physical ability to lift and move tables and chairs
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 years of age or older
