A global automotive supplier that works with the top automobile manufacturers is looking to hire a skilled Accounting Specialist to join their team for a temporary assignment!
The position is responsible for providing direct support to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and tracking daily expenditures.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain general ledger and reconciliation.
- Monthly closing review and analysis.
- Account Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Budget vs Actual Analysis
- Manage company spending approvals and processes.
- Gather and report financial reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or a Related Field.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of Accounting experience.
- 3 years of prior CPA experience is a huge plus.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulation on taxes and reporting.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to analyze and organize data.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 8-hour shift
Pay Rate:
- $20 - $25 Hourly
