Brief Department/Job Description

Enterprise Real Estate Services has an opening for a Project Delivery planner. This position is responsible for supporting Enterprise Real Estate Services Construction Project Delivery Project Managers and Project Delivery Leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

The Construction Project Delivery Planner duties will include creating and managing purchase requisitions for construction project delivery efforts for all Business Units (Raytheon, Collins, Pratt and Corporate). Creating and managing contractor daily badges and yearly picture badges. General support of the Enterprise Real Estate Services Project Delivery Project Managers including supporting running project financial reports, supporting project close out, project as-builts, and project updates.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, facilities or other related business field and 2 or more years of relevant experience. To include:
  • Prior experience or knowledge of general construction process.
  • Working knowledge of and or prior experience using SAP to create purchase requisitions.
  • Experience working with Construction Project Managers to create purchase requisitions
  • Experience or knowledge of a standard construction close out process.
  • In rare cases applicable experience in Facilities, Maintenance or construction in lieu of a degree may be considered.

• Willing to work Hybrid from one of the following major Enterprise Services hubs: Farmington CT, or Dallas TX or Tucson AZ

Experience and Education

• This role typically requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, facilities or other related business field and 2 or more years of relevant experience. In rare cases applicable experience in Facilities, Maintenance or construction in lieu of a degree may be considered.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools/sites that are restricted to individuals who possess US Citizenship

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
