• Working with another classroom Teacher in the classroom you will:
• Assist in leading hands-on activities based on your observations of the students interests and skills.
• Document and the important milestones in a student's day.
• Keep classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

Instructional Assistants must meet state and company minimum requirements including:

• At least 18 years of age with degree in Elementary Education or related field preferred
• Valid WA state teaching certificate strongly preferred
• Pass required state and company background checks.
• Demonstrated experience working with elementary students

Compensation Range: $24.00 / hr
