Provide an excellent customer service experience. Able to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Preforms opening or closing task based on business needs and to company standard. Maintain a clean and tidy store environment. Continual learning about specialty coffee and tea. Shares coffee knowledge with customers in a way that encourages an approachable conversation about specialty coffee. Maintain positive and professional environment. Resolve customer concerns and complaints while on shift. Ensures proper cash management.
