HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist-In-Charge to fill an opening with a nationally recognized pharmacy in Decatur, AL. 

Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist-In-Charge: 

• Execute the responsibilities of a staff pharmacist and serve as an exemplary figure for the pharmacy team, adeptly managing customer complaints and optimizing workflow to minimize customer wait times.
• Formulate, execute, oversee, and endorse the sales plan alongside other sales initiatives outlined by the division pharmacy department.
• Fulfill all obligations and expectations of a registered pharmacist in accordance with the state of employment, diligently adhering to both legal and company stipulations.
• Provide guidance to the pharmacy team to attain warehouse utilization targets, prevent unnecessary overstock, decrease fill on-arrival prescriptions, and ensure comprehensive training for staff on appropriate ordering and inventory record-keeping procedures
• Flexible Work Scheduling as a Pharmacy Leader

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and/or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D.) from an accredited U.S. School of Pharmacy
• 2+ years related retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay Details: $59.13- $63.86 an hour based on 40 hour work week plus performance bonus
