Bookkeeper
Our client is a local, family-owned organization seeking an Bookkeeper with skills to assist with interim need.
ABOUT THE COMPANY LOOKING FOR BOOKKEEPER

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE BOOKKEEPER
- The Bookkeeper will utilize for efficient AP and AR processing
- The Bookkeeper will help with accounts payable functions-match payments to invoices, open mail
- Apply cash payments into system
- The Bookkeeper will provide general office administrative support, including filing and data entry
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE BOOKKEEPER
- Bookkeeper/AP & AR as well as estimating and invoicing experience
- Someone that can pick up quickly
- General accounting and phone skills are a plus
