Job Description
Akkodis is partnering with a Fortune 500 company in Erie, PA, recruiting organized and goal-oriented Office Administrator / Business Support Specialist candidates to keep our client's operations running smoothly. This role will report to a senior leader and will be facilitating in the following areas:
Position Summary:
Management ofcalendars and scheduling appointments
Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management
Manage emails, letters, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
Office Administration Duties
Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
Managing Expense Reports
Coordinating Events and Group Activities
Preferred Experience:
2+ years experience in an Office Manager or Office Assistant role
Proficiency withMicrosoft Office and other office management tools and applications
Previous experience with office supply management
Excellent multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills
Effective abilities to communicate in person, in writing, and over the phone
Must be able to work onsite in Erie, PA
This is a long-term contract opportunity with a large Insurance Organization in Erie, PA.
Pay Rate: $17-19 per hour

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
