Accounts Payable Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR:
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will handle data entry of 200 invoices per day.
- Code invoices and get approvals.
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will manage all vendor inquiries.
- Prepare accounts payable checks and stuff in envelopes.
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will prepare accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR ROLE:
- Accounts Payable experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer skills
