Job Description
Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for an interim Sr. Accountant to support a non-profit organization for 6+ weeks (timing dependent on hiring of a local full-time resource). Role will entail general Sr. Accountant duties to include: journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close support, and flux analysis. Prior non-profit experience or grant accounting familiarity a plus, but not required. Client is currently operating on NetSuite and uses MS Excel heavily. Role can be done 100% remotely on EST hours. Office space is Columbus, OH is also available for anyone local who wants to work a hybrid schedule.
-5+ years of accounting experience, including time at the Sr. Accountant level or above
-Strong GL accounting skills to include: journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
-Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, linked spreadsheets/templates)
-Proficiency in NetSuite
-Good communication and teaming skills
-Prior non-profit experience a plus
-Experience with non-profit grant accounting a plus
