Controller / CFO

We are recruiting for an on-site Controller/CFO at busy Oil and Gas company in Shreveport, Louisiana. The Controller/CFO will oversee and be responsible for financial and accounting management. They will manage budgets and auditing. Will oversee and perform financial analysis and audits. Manage revenue disbursements for lease royalties. Provide projections and prepare financial reports.

The position will also involve other business and administration management duties including overseeing the placement of insurance and management of human resources.

Salary: 3 – 5 years of experience $125k - $135k, CPA or MBA $140k - $160k

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Certified Public Accountant certification is preferred but not required.
Five (5) or more years of accounting experience preferred.
Experience with PACTware, (Wolfpack software) preferred.
