Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals overe munication and swallowing disorders across various age groups. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to clients in need.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting prehensive assessments to determine speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
• Providing therapy sessions to clients in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to ensure holistic care and progress monitoring.
• Documenting client progress, treatment plans, and munication with other team members.
• Participating in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices and advancements in the field.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for certification.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Previous experience working with diverse populations and age groups preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
