Peoria, IL (90 minutes)
Rockford, IL (60 minutes)

About the position:

Outpatient only OR Traditional/mix
Clinic for a small, independent, community hospital
Replacing a retiring doctor
Retirement benefits
Full health benefits
Malpractice with tail coverage
EMR: NextGen (in the clinic)
J-1 Visa sponsorship available
Base salary negotiable (near median for MGMA)

Requirements:

Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Current resident, board eligible or board certified
