Registered Nurse - Home Health

If you have at least one year of recent home health experience and a genuine dedication to providing top-notch patient care, we want you on board!

Your Role:

• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to craft comprehensive home care treatment plans.
• Document and monitor patient conditions and progress effectively.
• Administer medications and deliver essential wound care as needed.

Requirements:

• Active RN licensure in Louisiana.
• Minimum of one year of recent home health experience.
• Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Previous experience managing a home-to-home workload is a plus!

Additional Details:

• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel within Franklin.
