Daily Responsibilities for Clinical Practice Performance Coordinator:
- Scan and/or validate paper EPSDT (Early and Periodic Screening Diagnostic and Treatment forms)
- Complete monthly mailers (delinquent letters, new birth and pregnancy mailers, welcome and birthday mailers)
- Complete state dental report
- 8am – 4pm OR 9am – 5pm
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of Healthcare experience
- Computer proficient
- Ability to multitask and great attendance
