Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Billing Analyst to work remotely. Prefer candidates that sit on east coast as position requires working twice a month onsite in Western Nassau County.
In addition to supporting the general functions of the Finance Department, your day-to-day responsibilities will include overall management of finances for a variety of interesting clinical trials, while acting as liaison between clinical trial sponsors and research sites.
Responsibilities:
As Research Billing Analyst, you will report to the Divisional Controller and will perform the following:
• Utilize proprietary software to manage financial activities for assigned research studies in a dynamic,
fast-paced, and high-volume environment.
• Communicate with customers and affiliated research sites on a routine basis and promptly respond to
inquiries regarding billing and other financial issues.
• Reconcile data with pharmaceutical companies on an ongoing and timely basis.
• Ensure research payments are in agreement with budget and contract terms.
• Prepare research site payment documentation.
• Diligently monitor outstanding balances and make routine collection calls.
Education Required:
BA or BS in Business from an accredited university.
Experience Required:
Minimum two years of experience working in a Finance/Accounting Department
This position is a 35 hour work week and can pay $28-$30an hour and up to $70K when perm for the ideal candidate
