Position: Director of Women and Infant Services
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000.00
Location: Summit Hospital - Show Low, Arizona

Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nursing Unit Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the clinical care of a defined group of patient care/clinical areas. Fosters best practices for patients and unit/hospital operations. May also have responsibilities for non-clinical functions related to the clinical area. As the leader, will shape and interpret the standards required to ensure quality outcomes and a high degree of patient, physician and employee satisfaction.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field
- Current AZ RN license
- CPR Certification (within 30 days of hire)
- 2-4 years previous experience in a clinical setting
- 2-4 years previous managerial experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree
- ACLS Certification
- NRP Certification
- STABLE Certification
- Advanced or Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
