Position Overview: As a Remote Intervention Specialist with ProCare Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to provide targeted support and interventions to students in Ohio from the comfort of your own home. This contract position offers the flexibility to create your own schedule and the autonomy to design tailored interventions for each student. Through teletherapy platforms, you'll engage students in effective interventions, helping them overcome academic challenges, develop essential skills, and achieve their full potential. Location: Remote (Ohio-based)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote assessments to identify students' academic and behavioral needs and develop personalized intervention plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and support to students, addressing areas such as literacy, numeracy, behavior management, and social skills development.
• Collaborate closely with school staff, parents, and other professionals to implement interventions and monitor student progress.
• Utilize innovative teletherapy techniques and resources to engage students and enhance learning outcomes.
• Maintain detailed records of interventions, progress monitoring data, and communication with stakeholders.
• Stay current on best practices in intervention strategies and continue to develop your professional skills through ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Valid Ohio state license or certification as an Intervention Specialist.
• Previous experience working with students with diverse needs, preferably in a teletherapy or remote setting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology to deliver services remotely.
