Senior Finance Manager, Supply Chain Finance

Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.14 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.Experience building, developing and leading a team.Preferred qualifications:Experience in financial modeling and business case development.Knowledge of supply chain (e.g., semiconductor or hardware).Understanding of technical server components/assembly.Ability to plan and manage strategic and operational level.Ability to communicate complicated analysis, logic, and solutions in a clear and concise manner.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Responsibilities Be the primary finance partner and advisor to the Cloud Supply Chain and Operations (CSCO) organization for business operations and strategic focus areas.Lead machines capital expenditure planning, business metrics, and risk mitigation initiatives. Oversee financial modeling for strategic capital expenditure initiatives and drive recommendations for investment prioritization and decisions.Construct executive level presentations and present complex investigative findings in a clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner.Build investigative tools and business assets to measure business results, key success metrics and financial performance.Lead and manage a team by setting clear expectations, prioritizing work, and providing coaching and feedback.
