Hi, I am looking to bring on a part time personal assistant, who is able to come to my home 2x per week for a few hours each time and help with laundry, tidying, grocery shopping and meal prep. 1x month adding another afternoon for cleaning (wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, etc) would be great but moreover it would be the above. Would love to know if you have experience with meal prep, if you have some healthy recipes (trying to lose 10 lbs by summer!).
I am open to which days you would come but should be consistent so that meal prep lasts for 3 days, and then come back for the next few days. I'm flexible on time window and days of week. Let me know your preference.
