Responsibilities include:

Preparation and Filing of Defaults
Preparation & Service of Subpoenas
Preparation & Service of Discovery Amendments & Demands
Preparation of Lien Demand letters and follow-up
Request Medical Records using an online portal

Skills include:

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Excellent clerical skills, including typing, filing, scanning, and proofreading
Proficient in using document management systems and other legal software
Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to litigation
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document preparation and data entry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Must be able to multitask with ease
Must be proficient with Adobe Pro & E-Courts, Asana proficiency preferred
2+ years of plaintiff or defense personal injury law firm experience required
