Cava Wellness Medical Group Partner Therapist - $3,500 Sign On Bonus

Cava Wellness Medical Group is hiring experienced telehealth Partner Therapy Providers to join our remote, fast-growing, multi-state private practice.

We specialize in comprehensive cognitive behavioral therapy, couples counseling, nutritional wellness counseling, and psychological assessment services for adult individuals nationally. All of our services are delivered remotely through our platform. Our company operates and provides services in Florida, Delaware, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, Maryland, Hawaii, and New Hampshire.

Partner Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging cognitive behavioral psychotherapy sessions with individuals and/or couples in a virtual setting, adhering to all state healthcare guidelines and company procedures.

• Securely document required client progress notes in our online HIPAA-compliant record system during or after each therapy session.

• Establish effective treatment plans in compliance with state and company-established standards of care for mental health clients in the state(s) where the provider is licensed.

• Ensure therapy clients are progressing according to the treatment plan established, adjusting the treatment plan as needed.

• Attend monthly remote paid company staff meetings to stay current on company news and information, technology improvements, monthly company incentives, and mental healthcare learning opportunities.

Partner Therapist Incentives & Benefits:

• Competitive Pay & Flexibility: $80.00 flat rate per 60-minute therapy session through our telehealth platform. Our providers create work schedules and choose work days and hours. There is no minimum caseload providers are required to carry or bill. Provider clinically working 25 or more hours for our company is considered full-time.

• $3,500 Sign-On Bonus: for Full-Time providers paid out 60 Days after being full-time status providers working 30 clinical hours a week on average for five weeks or more after hiring and onboarding.

• Full Provider Support: We have dedicated teams that handle providers' administrative tasks, including billing, client insurance verification, credentialing, 24/7 live client booking through our phone appointment line, and client-enabled online scheduling anytime through our telehealth platform.

• Company Client Referrals and Company Paid Provider Marketing: To build or grow your caseload if desired

Cava Wellness Partner Therapist Qualifications:

• Hold an active, independent US state board-approved clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Master's degree or PhD in Clinical Psychology, etc.) in one or more of the states we operate in: Florida, Delaware, Massachusetts, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, Maryland, and New Hampshire.

• Carry or have the ability to get an individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy (This expense is reimbursed for full-time therapy providers, and we can also refer a few insurance companies to assist with obtaining malpractice insurance).

• Experience delivering mental health services to clients in a remote setting

• Individual NPI number. (we can assist providers in getting one)

• You must have a reliable internet connection and computer for video therapy sessions through our platform.

Please Note that We do not hire therapy providers who are not fully clinically licensed to practice independently and need clinical supervision.
