**Job Title:** Property Maintenance Crew Leader

**Location:** Our shop is in Dublin and we service the entire Columbus area from inner city to the suburbs.

**Position Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Crew Leader who will be responsible for leading a team in performing a wide range of maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with lawncare, landscaping, groundskeeping, debris cleanup, pressure washing, painting, as well as conducting minor repairs and improvements. Much of our work is lawn mowing and landscape cleanup. This role requires someone who can effectively manage time and resources while ensuring high standards of workmanship.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Directly supervise and coordinate activities of the maintenance crew.

- Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to crew members based on priority and skill level.

- Perform routine lawncare duties such as mowing, edging, fertilizing soil, weed control.

- Oversee landscaping projects including planting new greenery or seasonal flowers.

- Manage groundskeeping responsibilities ensuring clean outdoor spaces free from litter or debris.

- Operate pressure washing equipment to maintain exterior cleanliness of buildings and walkways.

- Lead painting projects both interior exterior surfaces applying coats neatly efficiently 

Conduct minor repair improvement works like fixing fences patching walls replacing light fixtures

Ensure adherence to safety protocols proper use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times  

Maintain inventory tools supplies reporting any needs replenishments management promptly  

Keep detailed records labor hours materials used progress reports

**Qualifications:**

Valid drivers license without history of license suspensions, SR22, at-fault accidents, DUI, citations, or other negative remarks. Strictly enforced. 

High school diploma GED equivalent; further education trade certifications preferred  

Proven experience leading property maintenance teams with hands-on expertise required areas responsibility  

Knowledgeable about horticulture basic construction principles safe operation related machinery tools   

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately

Excellent organizational leadership skills capable motivating team to achieve goals  

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

The position involves significant physical activity including lifting up 50 pounds standing walking bending kneeling for extended periods Work is performed both indoors outdoors various weather conditions

Be ready to get your hands dirty. It is the nature of the work that you will often be asked to complete tasks in an environment where you may encounter unpleasant conditions.
