We are a Durable Medical Supply Company hiring a Customer Service Rep to join our team! Looking for an energetic, organized and efficient person with excellent people skills who enjoy helping others. Previous medical office or DME experience preferred. Familiarity with Brightree a plus. Hours are Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm. Must be available to work in our Monticello or Middletown location. No weekends. Salary is negotiable based on experience.\r\nPrimary Responsibilities:\r\n- Customer Service\r\n- Verify insurance eligibility, obtain required documentation and process orders\r\n- Work with physician offices, patients and healthcare professionals to obtain necessary billing documentation\r\nQualifications:\r\n- Excellent work ethic and multitasking ability\r\n- Great communication skills\r\n- Knowledge of Brightree software a plus\r\n- Bilingual a plus\r\n- Responsible\r\n- Pay Based on Experience
