A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SUMMER CAMP COUNSELOR

As a seasonal counselor, you are responsible for supervising our summer campers at all times while ensuring they remain safe in your care. You lead and manage groups of 30-45 kids ranging in age from 5 to 10 years old through various physical activities, including swimming, tennis, and golf. In addition, you bring the campers to visit our petting zoo as well as engage with balloon twisters, a bounce house, lawn games, and so much more.

Safety is a top priority, and you know how to have fun with the kids while being responsible and ensuring that no one gets hurt. You thrive in a team environment and get along well with the campers and other counselors. WORK SCHEDULE FOR A SUMMER CAMP COUNSELOR

Our seasonal camp typically runs from May - June 2024. This position is available for full or part-time individuals. Candidates must be willing to have flexible schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SUMMER CAMP COUNSELOR

• Experience working with children aged 5-10 years
• Food handler's certification (preferred)
• First Aid Certification (preferred)
• AED/CPR Certficiation (preferred)
