Interlachen Country Club is seeking Summer Pool Cooks. Want to work a fun summer job with a great team, great benefits, and in a beautiful cabana? Our cabana cook team delivers great service and food in our 1909 Cabana restaurant during the summer months. We are looking for individuals with a passion for service, knowledge in cooking, or willing to learn.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Deliver first-class service to our members
• Support the Pool Chef with daily tasks to ensure readiness for service
• Responsible for the daily setup and breakdown of respective pool stations
• Communicate needs to supervisor promptly
• Foster cleanliness, maintaining clean stations and cooking equipment
• Keep the pool kitchen organized
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and sanitation of area

Ideal Qualifications and Attributes:

Education & Experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1+ years of experience in the quick service dining field preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of restaurant and cleaning skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs
• Bending/stooping/kneeling frequently
• Ability to stand for majority of shift

Availability

• Open availability preferred
• 20-40 hours per week
• Typical AM Shift- 9am-4pm
• Typical PM Shift 2pm-9:30pm
• Flexible schedule, both FT and PT
• May-September
