Retail Brand Ambassador | Customer Service

Our Retail Brand Ambassadors are the backbone of our business. They are responsible for providing solutions, answers, completing sales, solving problems, and getting people happily on their way. You'll also use your customer service and sales skills to help customers discover the products they need, and even help them complete the sale.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conducting one-on-one presentations for new customers

• Respond to questions relating to clients products and services

• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

• Work as a member of the team, as well as individually

• Stick to your schedule, show up for work on time, and bring positive energy and professionalism!

Do You Qualify

• Previous customer service, sales, server, or retail experience preferred

• Local to the area, must be able to commute from our office to our retail locations

• Have a naturally positive attitude with demonstrated strong communication skills

• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
